Camp Carnival Safe

FOSTA-SESTA Compliance Statement

January 1, 2024

Camp Carnival Safe, Carnival Safe, CCS, carnivalsafe.com (“our”, or “we”) provides a member’s only service. CCS is a private, members only group comprised of members who embrace a sexual lifestyle free of societal inhibitions regarding nudity, sexual orientation, monogamy, sexual expression, or sexual preference. CCS prohibits any activity that involves “human trafficking” as defined by the FOSTA (Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act) and SESTA (Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act) 2018.

The FOSTA and SESTA are the U.S. Senate and House bills that became law on April 11, 2018. They clarify the country’s sex trafficking law to make it illegal to knowingly assist, facilitate, or support sex trafficking, and amend the Section 230 safe harbors of the Communications Decency Act (which make online services immune from civil liability for the actions of their users) to exclude enforcement of federal or state sex trafficking laws from its immunity.

These laws are multi-faceted in application. Sex for money or favors is the most common and is the type of violation CCS members should be most aware. Raffles or games with sex as a pay-off could be construed as a violation. Bringing underage members to a lifestyle event would bring direct attention as a possible violation. Promising sex as a part of an advertising scheme to a lifestyle event could open investigation. The potential of violation is profuse and should be considered when engaging in CCS sponsored events. CCS will always be mindful of these possibilities and will always endeavor not to present even an appearance of non-compliance. We expect all members to do the same in communication and postings.

CCS website content provided by members is not monitored by administration and is self-monitored by CCS members. Members may report incidents of potential violation to info@carnivalsafe.com. Potential violators will be asked to remove content that may suggest a violation to FOSTA-SESTA. Refusal to modify content would be viewed as a direct violation. Members who are found to be in direct violation of FOSTA-SESTA will be removed from CCS enrollment immediately.
